Refund policy

At PRVL Fitness, we stand behind our gear and behind you. 

We want every order to arrive exactly as it should. If there is an issue with the print or the garment itself, we’ll work with our fulfilment partner to get it sorted.

We cover:

• Printing defects or issues
• Faulty or defective garments
• Items affected by a manufacturing or fulfilment error

If your item has a printing or garment defect, please contact us as soon as possible at prevailfitnessofficial@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess the problem and arrange the appropriate replacement where applicable.

Incorrect Size
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or replacements simply because the incorrect size was selected. If you order the wrong size, a new order will need to be placed. 

How to Report an Issue 
Email prevailfitnessofficial@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

We’ll take it from there and work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue.

For best results, please follow the washing and care instructions provided with your garment. Treat your gear right  it’ll return the favour. 🔥
